It depends on each hotel’s policy and the age of children. You can check it in the “Hotel Policies” in each hotel information at www.Vietnamhotels.net.

When you make reservation, please indicate the number of accompanied children and their ages noted so that we can base on this to inform you the concrete child policy for your case (free of charge, full charged or discount).

Normally, the general child policy of every hotel is as follows:

a. Children under 2 years old are normally free of chare. Baby cots is available upon request and may sometimes be subject to additional charges.

Yes, you can book the room within a day, even within 4 or 5 hours (as the time limit between booking and checking in) provided that the room is still available. However, please reserve your room as soon as possible since we cannot guarantee the room availability within such a short time.

Yes, we do offer airport pick-up service for our guests. What you need to do is just to simply fill in the “Special Request” part (in the online booking form) with “airport pick-up service” and submit to us, or just inform us of this via email/phone/fax. We will base on this request to calculate and add this fee to the room rate to finalize the total price for you since it is not yet included in the hotel room rate.

There is no limit to the number of rooms you can book. Yet, the success of your booking depends upon the hotel rooms’ availability and the time between your booking and your check-in. The sooner you book, the more possible you can get enough rooms of your interest.

b. If your preferred rooms are fully booked, we offer other hotels, which is the same location and equal rate with the same quality of service.

Right after your payment has been announced to be successfully transferred, you will receive the “hotel voucher” from us via email. This hotel voucher is a receipt to prove that your booking is successful and that you have paid for the hotel room. The hotel voucher includes the details of your booking such as your check in, check out, name and type of room, number of person(s), name of hotel, name of guest, etc.

What you need to do to prove the hotel that your booking is successful is just to download and print out the “hotel voucher”  and show to hotel reception upon your check-in (with your certificate of identity (for Vietnamese) or your passport (for foreigners)).

In case you lose or damage the hotel voucher, please do not worry because the hotel system has already received the detail information of your successful booking. Thus you just need to show the reception your certificate of identity (for Vietnamese) or your passport (for foreigners).

If you want to extend your stay at your hotel, please inform us through phone or email as soon as possible. We will then instruct you how to make extra payment for your extension at hotel or lessen your cancellation charge. Whether you will be charged or not depends on the date you inform us of your cancellation, specifically as follows:

• If cancellation made more than 30 days before check-in date: Free of charge.
• If cancellation made within 30 days to 10 days before check-in date: 50% total nights will be charged.

Once you have cancelled your reservation you will receive the cancellation confirmation email from us. Please check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us.

Normally this case never occurs. Provided that you have successfully booked and made payment for your hotel room through Vietnamhotels.net, you will of course receive your booked room available when checking in.

If, for some very rare unexpected and uncontrollable reason, this might happen, you will receive the refund immediately.

It depends on which food and drinks you bring on board. You could bring some bought during the stop-offs of the itinerary on board, provided that they are clean and do not smell (which will not affect the boat pessimistically). Normally if the staff on board assumes that what you bring onto the boat is not accepted, they might ask you to leave it back.

Generally while on board, you could not jump out to swim for uncontrollable reasons of the weather, or nature, particularly in Mekong Delta. You are surely protected by the boat in any urgent cases during the cruise due to the cruise policy. Yet, you will have to pay for the losses (if any) for yourself if the accident was non-accidental. But if the nature and weather favors (mostly in Ha Long Bay), the board staff might accept your request and provide you with lifebuoy or life jackets. This totally depends on your specific boat’s policy.

If you'd like to celebrate an anniversary, honeymoon or birthday on the ship, we can have your reservation noted in advance or you can let the maitre d' know once you are on board. Many cruise lines no longer observe these occasions free of charge, so it is best to inquire at the time you finalize your reservation. Most cruise lines also offer honeymoon and anniversary packages at an additional cost.

Please contact us directly and inform us some details including your booking ID (if any), registered email, the problem you faced with your credit card, etc and then we will instruct you to make payment again.  For security reasons, never provide your credit card details by email.

Yes. Most cruise lines offer a variety of organized activities for children. These programs are directed and supervised by specially trained staff, and different activities are offered depending upon age group. Age requirements vary between cruise lines, but a child must be toilet trained in order to participate, particularly in pool-related activities. Many cruise lines also offer babysitting services, at an additional cost.

Normally, the sooner your cancellation, the less you will be charged. Please read the cruise’s policy for details. Vietnamhotels.net also offers our common cancellation policy as follows:

- If cancellation made more than 60 days before departure date: Free of charge - If cancellation made within 60 to 45 days before departure date: 10% of the total fee will be charged.
- If cancellation made 44 to 11 days before departure date: 50% will be charged
- If cancellation made within 10 days before departure date or no-show: 100% will be charged

In case the cruise’s policy and ours’ do not coincide, kindly apply the former.

When you would like to cancel your booking, we will refund your full payment for you. Your money shall be refunded to your account no later than 30 days since you would like to cancel your payment. Please remember to check your account then and confirm us as soon as you receive the refund.
