+ Early check in before 7:30 am is a full night charge; after 7:30 am is a half night charge.
+ Late check out until 6:00 pm is a half night charge; Check out after 6:00 pm is full night charge.

- Cancellation policy
+ If cancellation made more than 30 days prior to check-in date: Free of charge.
+ If cancellation made within 30 days prior to check-in date: 50% total nights will be charged.
+ If cancellation made less than 10 days or no-show (fail to check-in) then all room nights reserved will be charged.
