The first floor consists of a lobby, a reception desk and a swimming pool fully-equipped with the hydraulic systems; rooms are fixed on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors; bar, restaurant and cafe are located on the top floor. Additional indispensable facilities should be mentioned are the elevator system and corridor facilitating the transportation for the elderly, children as well as the disabled.
