Hoi an beach resort is just four kilometers from the historic town of Hoi An and about 35 km (a 45 minute drive) from Danang International Airport and railway station.

- Check-in time at 14:00 or sooner, Check-out time at 12:00.
+ For any extension until 18h00, the late check-out will be applied at 50% of the room rate.
+ Check out after 18h00, full day room charge will be applied.

+ Free of charge for 1 child under 12 years old
+ Surcharge US $20.00 for the second child

- Cancellation made prior to the date of arrival:
+ If cancellation made more than 30 days prior to check-in date: Free of charge.
+ If cancellation made within 30 days prior to check-in date: 50% total nights will be charged.
+ If cancellation made less than 10 days or no-show (fail to check-in) then all room nights reserved will be charged.
