La Residence Hotel and Spa is situated in Hue, the ancient capital of Vietnam. It lies within the city center are which is just 30 minutes driving from the Airport. This is an enchanting boutique hotel on the banks of the Perfume River overlooking the former Imperial Citadel, one of Hue's tourist attractions.

- Check-in time is 14.00 hours and check-out time is by 12.00 noon.
+ 50% of contract rate will be charged for late check-out arrangement until 6.00 PM.
+ Later than 6.00 PM check-out requirement will incur the full contracted rate for a one-night stay.

- Child policy:
+ Maximum one (01) child (under 12 years old) sharing room and existing bed with parents will get accommodation free of charge including breakfast. Baby cot for infant is free of charge. 50% discount on meal rates, set menu only

- Cancellation policy
For Group 08 to 10 rooms:
+ If a cancellation is made within 14 days prior to group's arrival, a cancellation charge for one night’s room charge per room reserved will be applied.
+ If a cancellation is made within 7 days prior to group’s arrival, a full room charge of the group for the period reserved will be applied.
For Group 11 to 25 rooms:
+ One night fee will be charged per room reserved for whole group cancellation within 30 days to arrival date.
+ If room amendment is made before 30 days prior to arrival will be no charge.
+ If room amended within 30-7 days prior to arrival, the 10% of total blocked rooms will be no charge. The percentage over 10% will be charged one night fee.
+ If room amendment is made within 7days prior to arrival, one night fee per room cancelled will be charged.
For Group 26 to 49 rooms:
+ Deposit will not be refunded should the group cancelled.
+ If room amendment is made before 45 days prior to group arrival will be no charge.
+ If room amended within 45-14 days prior to arrival, the 10% of total blocked rooms will be no charge. The percentage over 10% will be charged one night fee.
+ If room amendment is made within 14 days prior to arrival, one night fee per room cancelled will be charged.
