How to get to Chen Sea Resort & Spa, Phu Quoc, Centara Boutique Collection:

+ By air: Vietnam Airlines ATR 72 aircraft fly 10 times/day from Ho Chi Minh and  02 times from Rach Gia - Phu Quoc.
+ By Sea: Hight speed boat six times from Rach Gia Port to Phu Quoc.

- Check-in time at 14:00, Check-out time at 12:00 noon.

- Child policy:
+ Accommodation is free of charge for 2 children under 12 years old, sharing with parents and utilizing existing bedding, base on room only. In case, extra bed is required, normal charge will apply.
+ Children 12 years old and above sharing with their parents requiring the extra bed, normal charge will apply (inclusive of breakfast).
+ The resort policy permits maximum 01(one) Extra Bed per room.
+ Baby cots are provided free of charge, but this is subject to availability upon request.
+ Children under 12 years old will bet 50% discount on meal rates.
+ For low season, all bookings on Pool Villas, complimentary one extra bed (without breakfast) will be granted.

- Cancellation policy
+ Low Season: Between 7-3 days prior to arrival: 50% of total room revenue will be charged. Between 3 days & date of arrival, full charge will be applied
+ High Season: Between 30-21 days prior to arrival: 50% of total room revenue will be charged.. Between 21 days & date of arrival, full charge will be applied
+ Peak Season: Between 60-45 days prior to arrival: 50% of total room revenue will be charged. Between 44 days & date of arrival, full charge will be applied
+ No-show & non-arrival to Resort: 100% of full length stay

At Chen Sea Resort & Spa, Phu Quoc, Centara Boutique Collection, all the Bungalow are sea view, but the resort offers 24 Sea view Villas & 12 Pool Sea view Villas. The 24 Sea view Villas are brick wall accommodations offering a high level standard and the same room amenities of the higher category. All the villas have also a marvelous outdoor tropical bathroom. The 12 Pool Sea view Villas are wooden Hoi An typical houses, moved and rebuilt. Every villa has brick wall that follow the old house structure in order to guarantee the comfort for the guest. As the accommodation name suggests each villa offers an outdoor private pool provided with fresh water. All the villas are air conditioned, with remote control management.

The Chen La Restaurant is perfectly located on the sea front and serves Mediterranean specialties and local as well as international cuisine.

Chen La Resort Spa Center offers a mixture of traditional and modern treatments to relax and revitalize. Guests can enjoy different water sports activities such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and beach volleyball.
