(If guests arrive earlier or leave later they are free to use our public facilities and we will keep their luggage safe)

+ From 0-5: Free of charge
+ From 6-11: 50% off adult's rate
+ Children from 12 years-old and above will be charged as adult.

- Cancellation made prior to the date of arrival:
+ If cancellation made more than 30 days prior to check-in date: Free of charge.
+ If cancellation made within 30 days prior to check-in date: 50% total nights will be charged.
+ If cancellation made less than 10 days or no-show (fail to check-in) then all room nights reserved will be charged.
Please note that certain rates or special promotions are not applicable for cancellation or change.

The paths to reach the rooms are very solid but mostly uneven and there are small bridges to be crossed. All the rooms are opened enough to allow the air flow, they are furnished with fan, wooden furniture and mosquito net. We do not have hot water, no air-con, no TV and no swimming pool. We do have wi-fi in the common area.

Additionally, we have every night a communal dinner, for our guests and friends only. We do not have a public restaurant but we serve all meals to our guests (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Only the dinner is communal, we also have a small bar, so drinks are served all day. Since the shopping is done early in the morning, all the guests will be automatically booked for dinner on the 1st night only. For this reason is very important for us to know any dietary restrictions the guests might have.

Furthermore, we organize all kinds of trips available on the island (scuba diving, snorkeling, forest trekking, and road tour). For forest trekking clients are required to wear closed shoes.
