Hence, we do not guarantee the accuracy of and disclaim liability for the inaccuracies related to hotel, hotel property, cruise, automobile, and other product descriptions and lists of hotel amenities and other product descriptions published on this website. The hotel ratings displayed on this website are only general guidelines, and www.Vietnamhotels.net does not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings. Changes are periodically added, and accordingly www.Vietnamhotels.net will make improvements and/or changes on the website.
4. RESERVATION
To make online your reservation (Hotel, cruise, or tour), click on the “Search” box at www.Vietnamhotels.net, or call (+84) 989 383 767, or email the following information to support@vietnamhotels.net :
• Your full name (as it appears on your credit card if you pay by credit card)
• Your nationality
• The exact dates of stay
• Hotel and room type you would require
• The payment method you would choose (your credit card details)
• Number of children (noted with ages) accompanied (if any)
The reservation is effective only when you inform us your booking information and credit card details or pay a certain deposit to us, then we will send the confirmation voucher to you.
Processing time:
Normally, your booking will be processed right after we receive your payment confirmation. If your online reservation is made on National holidays or at weekends (Saturday and Sunday), the booking will be processed until the day after. Thus, in this case, kindly call us at our hotline (+84) 989 383 767 to ensure the availability.
4.1. Rates
• Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars. (Should you need to change the rate into VND, you can click the converter symbol beside the rate, your VND rate will appear.) The room rates are for double or single occupancy, including 15% value added taxes (VAT) and service fee.
• Most hotels room rates include meal plan. If hotels quote the room rate with breakfasts at a package price, the hotel will not refund you breakfast’s cost whatever you use it or not.
• The room rates exclude extra guest/children charges and expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, telex, telephone calls, fax services, bar, massage expenses, etc.
4.2. Currency converter
Currency rates are based on the available source published on our website and should be used as guidelines only. Rates are not verified as accurate, and actual rates may vary. Currency quotes are not updated every day. Check the date on the Currency Converter for the day that currency was last updated. The information supplied by this application is believed to be accurate, but www.Vietnamhotels.net does not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. We do not authorize the use of this information for any purpose other than personal use and prohibit to the maximum extent allowable the resale, redistribution, and use of this information for commercial purposes.
5. PAYMENT
www.Vietnamhotels.net accepts the following payment methods:
Through all major Credit cards (through ONEPAY): You can purchase directly on our website when your booking is completed, or we can provide you with a secure link via email after the services have been confirmed. In both ways, we will only proceed with the payment after your reconfirmation.
Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be made from your bank account abroad. Details of our Bank Account are as follows:
Western Union: We can accept payment through any banks worldwide using Western Union service. We will send you our receipt details and then will need the control number from you to finalize the receipt of payment. You can settle the Payment by using www.westernunion.com/info/selectCountry.asp (You can use cash, credit card, your bank account or cheques - the service fees at your side).

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
By making a reservation with a hotel or a cruise at www.Vietnamhotels.net , you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and refund policy of that hotel/cruise. Please be kindly informed that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and refund policy. Hence, we recommend that you carefully read

6.1. The cancellation and refund policy of each hotel are clearly published at our website at the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email and particularly the hotel voucher (for detailed terms & conditions and cancellation policy - as official notification) sent to your registered email address right after your payment confirmation.
6.2. www.Vietnamhotels.net’s general regulations for both hotel and cruise cancellation and refund are as follows: Cancellation made prior to the date of arrival:
- If cancellation made more than 30 days prior to check-in date: Free of charge
- If cancellation made within 30 days prior to check-in date: 50% total nights will be charged.
- If cancellation made less than 10 days or no-show (fail to check-in) then all room nights reserved will be charged.
In case the hotel’s cancellation & refund policy (6.1) and www.Vietnamhotels.net's (6.2) do not coincide, you apply the former (6.1) to your booking.
The general cancellation and refund policy of each hotel are clearly published at our website at the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email and particularly the hotel voucher (for detailed terms&conditions and cancellation policy - as official notification) sent to your registered email address right after your payment confirmation.
Please note that certain rates or special promotions are not applicable for cancellation or change. If you wish to review your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. If you wish to delay-modify-extend-cancel the hotel/cruise booking please inform us as soon as possible via email (support@vietnamhotels.net) or fax ((+84) 4.379.250.81).
