This festival is celebrated in the large yard of the village. Young girls and boys together build a stage with the height of 1.5 meters surrounded by wide-meshed bamboo lattice. The most fascinating feature is that the stage has only one entrance. Most of celebration games take place in the evening on the stage and round the fire kitchen beside the stage. Here, young boys and girls have chance to meet each other. They enjoy dancing, singing together, making friends and taking part in competitions. Until the next morning, they do not want to say good bye to others. These activities continue happening on the following evening. Han Khuong Festival is held at girls’ home. Actually, it brings a good opportunity for girls to search for their future partners.
